Operation Policy
How the server is run, and what will get you removed from it.
The one rule behind all the others
Do not ruin the game for other people. Almost everything below follows from that.
Not allowed
- Cheating. Third-party hacks, injectors, speed or teleport tools, packet editors, and anything that changes how the client behaves.
- Exploiting bugs. If you find one, report it. Using it — especially to duplicate items or currency — is treated as the most serious offence here.
- Real-money trading. Buying or selling accounts, characters, gold, or items for real money.
- Account theft. Phishing, keyloggers, or logging into someone else's account.
- Harassment. Slurs, targeted abuse, threats, sexual harassment, and doxxing. This applies in game, on the forum, and in Discord.
- Impersonating staff. Claiming to be a GM, or naming a character to look like one.
- Attacking the infrastructure. Any attempt to disrupt the server, the website, or another player's connection.
Reporting a bug you could profit from
Report it in Discord and stop using it. Players who report a serious exploit instead of quietly farming it will not be punished for having found it — that is a promise, and it is how the server stays healthy.
How we handle it
There is no fixed tariff. Context matters, and we would rather correct behaviour than lose a player. Roughly:
- A warning, for a first offence that harmed nobody.
- A temporary suspension, for repeat or deliberate offences.
- A permanent ban, for cheating, exploiting, RMT, account theft, or serious harassment.
Duplicated or exploited items are removed whether or not you knew they were tainted.
What staff will and will not do
- Staff will not ask for your password, ever.
- Staff will not spawn items, levels, or currency for players. GM characters do not play alongside the population with GM powers.
- Staff will restore progress lost to a server fault where the logs make it possible.
Appeals
If you believe a punishment was wrong, say so in Discord. Bring your account name and roughly when it happened. Appeals made honestly are read; abuse aimed at staff ends the conversation.
