Privacy Policy

The short version

Deadly Crusaders is a free, non-commercial hobby server. We collect the minimum needed to run a game account, we do not sell anything to anyone, and there are no advertising or analytics trackers on this site.

What we collect

Username	Your account ID. Public in-game and on the rankings.
Password	Stored as a hash in the game database. Never shown to staff in plain text.
Email address	Used only for password resets and account recovery.
IP address	Recorded at login and by the web server, for security and ban enforcement.
Gameplay data	Characters, levels, items, guilds, chat and trade logs kept by the game server.

We do not ask for and do not want your real name, address, phone number, or any payment details.

How it is used

• To operate your account and your characters.
• To investigate cheating, exploits, harassment, and account theft.
• To show public information such as character names and levels on the rankings.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your data. We share it with nobody, except where we are legally required to.

Retention and deletion

Account and character data is kept while the server runs. You can ask for your account to be deleted at any time — that removes the account, its characters, and the email address on it. Moderation records tied to a ban may be kept so the ban stays enforceable.

Security, honestly stated

This is a hobby server run on private hardware, not a commercial platform with a security team. We take reasonable care, but you should never reuse a password here that you use anywhere else.
