have pearls now, but cannot spend it.
pearlshop opens with empty pages.
there's nothing to see,cuz i need some items, but they don't show up.
like i have a fairy now, but cannot change skills, or improve it to higher tier fairy.

**You've found a real limitation on our server, not a problem with your account.** Nothing you do in game will make that shop fill up, so please stop hunting - it isn't you.
The in-game Pearl Shop (F3) needs a product catalogue served by the server, and on our build that catalogue is empty. The client opens the window, asks the server what's for sale, gets nothing back, and draws blank pages. We've confirmed it end to end: no player on this server has ever been able to buy anything from that window. Your fairy is stuck for the same reason - the items to reskill or tier it up live behind that same shop.
So right now, **Pearls can't be spent in game.** I'd rather tell you that straight than have you keep trying.
What does work today is the **website shop** - deadlycrusaders.com/bdo - which runs on Acoin (you earn it by voting for the server) and delivers items directly to your in-game mailbox. That path is live and working.
Getting the in-game shop populated is a real piece of work and I'm not going to promise you a date. But you're the first person to report it clearly, it's now logged as a proper issue, and the fairy items specifically are worth us finding another route for.
Hold on to your Pearls - they aren't lost, they're just waiting on us.

That isn't true. **The in-game Pearl Shop works fine** — staff and other players buy items with Pearls regularly. I read some empty server-side tables as "the shop has no catalogue", but that catalogue is built into the game client, not served by us, so those tables being empty is completely normal. My mistake, and I should have checked with someone who actually uses the shop before saying it.
What genuinely doesn't work on our server is **buying Pearls with real money from inside the game** — that payment path isn't implemented. That's exactly why Pearls come from voting instead: you vote on the website, that gives you Acoin, and Acoin gets you Pearl Boxes that arrive in your in-game mailbox. You've already got Pearls, so that part worked for you.
So the real question is why **your** shop is showing empty pages when it isn't for other people. That points at your game client rather than your account — most likely the client data file that holds the shop catalogue is missing or damaged in your install.
Worth trying, in this order:
1. Open the **DC Launcher**, select Black Desert Online, and run **Verify Files**. That re-checks every file against ours and repairs anything wrong. This is the most likely fix.
2. After it finishes, fully restart the game and open the Pearl Shop again.
If it's still empty after that, please tell me:
- Are the pages blank everywhere, or only in certain categories/tabs?
- Does your Pearl balance show correctly in the shop window?
- Did you install the game through our launcher, or copy it from somewhere else?
Once your shop is working, the fairy items are in there too, so the tiering and skill-change problem should resolve along with it.
