Hi merlijn56 - you were right, and this one was our fault, not yours.
The starter Pearls and the Tier 5 Horse Emblem went out as a **one-off batch in August**. It was never put on a schedule and there's no hook for new accounts, so every player who joined after that got nothing. You registered in September, which is exactly why you saw no gifts.
That's fixed. The grant has been re-run, so your gifts are on their way to your **in-game mailbox** - check the mail icon in game. The gifts go out per character, so every character on your family gets a set.
We're also setting it up to run automatically, so the next person who joins gets theirs without anyone having to notice first.
