Hi stinky - and I'm sorry this sat here unanswered. That's on us: we were watching Discord and not the forum. Fixing that now.
Good news: **your issue was actually sorted the same day you posted it.** Here's what was going on, because it catches people out and it isn't a sync bug.
The website doesn't sync characters from the game - it reads them live. So an empty character list means the account you signed into the *site* with genuinely owns no characters.
On this build, your launcher login is your username **and** password together as a single credential. If either one is typed even slightly differently, the server doesn't reject it - it quietly creates a brand new, empty account. One missing letter is enough. That's what happened here: you had two accounts, and your Pearls/Acoin landed on the empty one while your character lived on the other.
Your balance has been moved onto the account that owns your character, and it's all there now.
**The rule to remember:** sign in to the website with exactly what you type into the launcher - same username, same password. If the site ever looks empty again, open your account page at deadlycrusaders.com/bdo/account.php while signed in; it now detects this case and tells you which login your characters are actually on. We keep that hint on the signed-in page rather than posting logins publicly, for obvious reasons.
