Double XP runs every week from Friday 10:00 UTC through Saturday 22:00 UTC - that is Friday 3am until Saturday 3pm Pacific, a 36 hour window. It applies to character experience from questing and combat. Nothing to claim and no sign-up: log in during the window and it is already active.
Our Discord helper can now answer common questions on its own - how to make an account for a specific game, where to register, how the launcher works, and whether a server is up. Just ask in the game channel; you do not need to tag it.
